TPLF’s political crises, which would surely mark its end must serve as a lesson for nations across Africa. Foreign investors cannot save a nation or its future.
Nor can their anti-terrorism or anti-civil society laws or the arms they have donned head to toe can save national governments.
Rather it is the alliance forged between the people and democratic governments that are aware key to governance is the consent and will of the governed.
It took the TPLF so many killings, deceits, and finally a state of emergency when it understood this too late, neither of which are saving it from being dethroned. The people have lost lost faith in it!
Corrupt; crooked; dishonest; greedy! These are bad enemies of good governance.
