    UN agencies and non-governmental organizations operating in Ethiopia know that this 4.5 million people in need of food aid figure is a heavily negotiated number. Otherwise, given the size of the areas affected by the drought, and especially agricultural lands in Gojam and Oromia facing drought and possible famine, the present number is very small.

    While TPLF security forces committed an atrocious crime of breaking family homes Monday at 5: AM and beating four opposition party leaders in Gondar and Gojam, northern western Ethiopia, and taking them to unknown locations, Ethiopia’s President Mulatu Teshome told the opening of the 4th session of African Ombudsman Association at Africa Hall Tuesday that the TPLF regime has been working hard to ensure respect for fundamental human rights and democratic governance in the country with the rule of law as its tools, according to the Ethiopian News Agency (ENA).

    When would the world stop trusting TPLF lies, or, for that matter, how could TPLF’s strongmen reconcile their lies with such a reality of abduction that took place a day ago – a matter in which they are becoming experts – both in its national and international dimensions – certainly for their own destruction?

መጋቢት ፲፯ (አስራ ሰባት) ቀን ፳፻፮ ዓ/ም ኢሳት ዜና :-በምእራብ ጎጃም ዞን በሜጫ ወረዳ በእናሸንፋለን ቀበሌ በጨቦች ጎጥ ለአበባ ምርት በሚል የከርሰ ምድር ውሃ ለማውጣት መንግስት እንቅስቃሴ መጀመሩን የተቃወሙ ቁጥራቸው ከ200 እስከ 300 የሚደርስ አርሶ አደሮች፣ እድማያቸው ከ9 እስካ 12 የሚደርስ ታዳጊዎች፣ ሴቶችና ወጣቶች በገፍ ተይዘው በመርዓዊ ከተማ እና በዱርቤቴ እስር ቤቶች መታሰራቸውን ለማወቅ ተችሎአል።
