South Sudan ceasefire signed, but is real peace likely or Juba to enjoy again favor lavished on it at birth?

South Sudan government and its rebels have agreed on a ceasefire, which could end over a month of fighting in the country. Under this latest deal, the fighting is due to come to an end within 24 hours, according to the BBC.
