President Barack Obama and African leaders attending the first U.S.-Africa Summit in Washington in a few days time a number of issues and factors undermining the democratic development and economic growth achieved on the continent in recent decades. Three former high-level U.S. officials in the video are: Ambassadors Johnnie Carson, Princeton Lyman and George Moose, all of whom now are affiliated. Their discussion is moderated by Susan Stigant.
