ኢሬቲቪ (FEb 11, 2014) ኢትዮጵያ በሁሉን አቀፍ የአፍሪካ ግብርና ልማት ማዕቀፍ የተቀመጡ ግቦችን ከወዲሁ እያሳካች መሆኑን የግብርና ሚኒስተሩ አቶ ተፈራ ደርበው ገለፁ፡፡ ማዕቀፉ የአፍሪካ ሀገራት እ.ኤ.አ በ2015 የ6 በመቶ የግብርና ዕድገት እንዲያስመዘግቡ ግብ የሚያስቀምጥ ሲሆን ኢትዮጵያ 8 በመቶ አድገት ከወዲሁ ማስመዝገብ ችላለች፡፡

    “ሚኒስትር ተፈራ ደርበውን ወይንም የግብርና ሚኒስቴርን በፍረጁ መጨፍጨፍ፡ እስከዛሬ ለውጥ እንዳላመጣ ሁሉ፡ ከእንግዲህም ለውጥ አያመጣም። ኢትዮጵያ የሚያስፈልጋትአራሹንና ኢንቬስተሩን እጅ ክፍንጅ የጠፈረነቀውን የሕውሃትና ግብረአበሮቹን ግትር፡ ጭፍን፡ ሕገወጥ፡ የኃይልና መሃይምናዊ የአገዛዝ መለወጥ ነው። ለምሳሌም ያህል፡ አምራቹ ምን ያህል ማደበርያ መግዛት እንዳለበት የመወስን መብቱ ሊከበርለት ይገባል። የተዳራ ሁሉ ማሰወለድ ይችላል የሚል ዘይቤ በመከተል ይመስላል፡ ገበሬው ዩሪያን ዳፕ መሬት ውስጥ እንዲዶል ይገደዳል፤ ተገዶም ማዳበርያ በዱቤ እንዲወስድ ይደረጋል።

It took the Ethiopian regime doling out to foreign investors 10 percent of the country’s virgin lands from the 3.6 million hectares in the land bank – by Hailemariam’s information of April 24, 2012 and four million ha by Meles’s public statement of May 2012. The point is that those leased lands have achieved no returns for the country to date, if on the contrary it were not damages they have caused to its ecosystem and the spirt of its children.
